Brain Hacks, who doesn't LOVE them?

The title speaks for itself, and this one's gonna be about sleeping habits.
Apparently, by following strict sleeping schedules, one can function properly with just 2 hours of sleep daily.
How cool would that be? I'd love having 22 hours to do as I please.
I haven't tried this myself so I can't guarantee results, post a comment if you try it or post your own time saving tips.
